1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home storage and decor: solid wood benches, woven baskets, and tree‑shaped storage racks.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

 

For Solid Wood Benches (Furniture Stability):

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Do not exceed weight limits (check product specs; typically 300‑500 lbs).

  • Do not stand on benches — use as intended for seating.

  • Keep away from children — small parts during assembly may pose choking hazard.

For Woven Baskets (General Safety):

  • Keep plastic packaging away from children (suffocation risk per 16 CFR § 1500.19).

  • If basket contains small parts (detachable decorative elements), keep away from children under 3.

  • Do not use as a toy.

  • Follow care instructions to prevent mold and mildew.

For Tree‑Shaped Storage Racks (Furniture Stability — CSU compliance if applicable):

  • If the rack meets CSU criteria (≥27 inches tall, ≥30 lbs, ≥3.2 cu ft enclosed storage), it MUST be anchored to the wall using the provided anti‑tip device (meets ASTM F3096, tested to 60 lb static load). Failure to anchor can result in tip‑over, causing serious injury or death.

  • Do not exceed weight capacity per shelf or tier.

  • Place heavier items on lower shelves.

  • Do not allow children to climb on the rack.

4. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
For general‑use products (solid wood benches, woven baskets, storage racks not intended for children 12 and under), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) available upon request, certifying compliance with applicable CPSC safety rules based on testing or a reasonable testing program.

5. Children‘s Product Certificate (CPC)
For products intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) based on third‑party testing at a CPSC‑accepted laboratory, including CPSIA lead (<100 ppm substrate, ≤90 ppm coating), phthalates (<0.1%), and 16 CFR Part 1130 tracking labels.
